We will gladly accept the return of products manufactured by HDAmodelworx that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products manufactured by other companies are warranted by them and any warranty claim due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship must be filed with the respective manufacturer.  Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return as long as they have not been opened or damaged in anyway.  This includes product packaging.  The item must be saleable and in "as new" condition.
